To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 60 calendar days from the delivery date (confirmed via tracking).
- You must return all used or unused bottles to our warehouse address.
- Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

- Contact our support team: Email burnjaro@gosupport.pro with the subject line “Refund Request”. Please include your order ID and full name.

Include your name, email address, and order confirmation inside the package. - Refund timeline: Once your return is received, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
